Technicians will perform a 60-90 minute precision tune-up and professional cleaning of your furnace including the following:

1. Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
2. Carbon Monoxide – test air flow duct system for dangerous carbon monoxide
3. Camera inspection of furnace heat exchanger for cracks
4. Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
5. Ignition System – test for safe and proper operation
6. Exhaust System – test for proper venting
7. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
8. Safety & Control Circuits – test for proper operation
9. Inspect and adjust fan belt tension (if applicable)
10. Lubricate and clean motors 
11. Furnace Burner – clean and inspect (brush and vacuum)
12. Heat Exchangers – clean and inspect (brush and vacuum)
13. Clean furnace exterior
14. Gas Pressure – measure and adjust for peak efficiency
15. Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections

Included with all of our maintenance plans is same-day service calls and 10% discount on service-related items as a result of that service call. Should you experience a failure or breakdown during the season covered by your maintenance plan, we’ll respond the same day should something go wrong and give you a 10% discount.
